Memorable Moments & Life Lessons
First Conference Experience
My first international conference was nerve-wracking and exhilarating at the same time. Standing in front of researchers from around the world, presenting my work, feeling the imposter syndrome creeping in. But then someone asked a thoughtful question, we had an engaging discussion, and I realized - I belong here. That moment changed everything.
Lesson: Growth happens outside your comfort zone.
The Paper That Changed My Perspective
I once spent three months working on a research paper that got rejected twice. Devastating? Yes. But the feedback pushed me to completely rethink my approach. The third version wasn't just better - it was transformative. That paper taught me more than any acceptance ever could.
Lesson: Rejection is redirection, not defeat.
Meeting My Research Mentor
There was a professor who believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. Who saw potential in my rough ideas and helped me refine them into meaningful research. Who taught me that research isn't just about data - it's about asking the right questions and being persistent enough to find answers.
Lesson: The right mentor can change your life trajectory.
Building This Website
I had zero web development experience three weeks before launching this site. People said "just use a template." But I wanted to build something from scratch, something that truly represented me. Late nights, countless YouTube tutorials, debugging frustrations - all worth it when I finally deployed gmrafi.com.bd.
Lesson: If you want something unique, you have to create it yourself.
Childhood & Roots
Growing Up in Dinajpur
Dinajpur shaped who I am today. A small city with big dreams, where everyone knows everyone, and community matters. I learned the value of hard work from my parents, the importance of education from my teachers, and the joy of simple pleasures from childhood friends. Those early years taught me humility and ambition in equal measure.
Favorite childhood memory: Playing cricket in the streets until sunset, mom calling us for dinner, and racing back home knowing dal-bhat was waiting. Those were simpler, purer times.
What Home Means to Me
Home isn't just a place - it's the smell of mom's cooking, the sound of dad's advice, the laughter with siblings, and the unconditional support that catches you when you fall. No matter how far I travel or how much I achieve, Dinajpur will always be where my roots are, and family will always be my anchor.

The sound of mechanical keyboards is music to my ears. Blue switches gang!

My Life Philosophy
Success isn't just about grades and achievements — it's about continuous growth, meaningful connections, and making a positive impact on the world around me. I believe in working smart, staying curious, and never stopping to learn.
Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, and every setback is a lesson in disguise. I approach problems with creativity and persistence, knowing that the best solutions often come from unconventional thinking.
My biggest goals? To travel to 50 countries, present my research at international conferences worldwide, and build solutions that genuinely improve people's lives. I want to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world impact.

Perfect Weekend
My ideal weekend starts with a morning cricket match with friends, followed by exploring new restaurants and trying different cuisines. I love spending time with family, catching up on my reading list, and maybe binge-watching a good sci-fi series. Sunday evenings are for reflection and planning the week ahead.
Study Break Routine
During intense study sessions, I take short breaks every 90 minutes using the Pomodoro technique. My go-to stress relief?
